My approach is founded on three cornerstones: mental resilience, authentic leadership and strong relationships. My 'Wisdom at Work' Leadership Mastery Programme incorporates all three elements. I also offer separate programmes on each. Programmes are suitable for both established leaders and those new to leadership or preparing to move into it. They are tailored to the needs of you or your organisation, with a mix of 1-1 coaching and/or group workshops.
